Castell’in Villa produces only Rosé wines some years. In 2020 there was none of the type, but here in the 2021 vintage Coralia Pignatello has decided that Rosé is on the table.
After harvesting the grapes from vines about 50 years old, they spontaneously fermented for 2 days, followed by light pressing.
The colour is light due to short skin contact.
The wine is finished in steel tank, the wine is unfiltered.

A delicate pink wine with a fresh, citrus bouquet and a fine taste with elegant fruity aromas accompanied by lively acidity and a pleasant mineral touch.
It goes well with fish appetizers, shellfish guazzetti, delicate white meats and summer salads.
