You have the right to return the products purchased, without penalty and with no obligation to announce the reason for returning them to us within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of their receipt. In this case, you will bear the aggregate costs for returning the products to us and we will only reimburse the cost of returning items in case the products were damaged or defective.
Returns will be accepted only if the products that you wish to return are in the same condition as received, they are not unsealed and their original packaging is not violated. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal from the transaction with us, you must promptly notify us about such intention by sending an unconditional statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) no later than 14 calendar days from the date of the products’ receipt by the delivery company.

In case of products’ return, the refund corresponding to the products value will be completed within 14 calendar days from the date that we acknowledged your decision to withdraw. We are entitled to delay the refund until we have received the goods back and confirmed that they are in their original condition and packaging.
