Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and delivery location.  Delivery delays cannot be compensated by Teddy’s Speakeasy nor allow the cancellation of an order.  Nevertheless, subject to force majeure events, if the delivery time exceeds the period of one month and the products are not delivered while you have stated the correct delivery address, your order may be cancelled and you will be compensated by the payment of the total amount. You expressly waive any other claim you may have for additional damages for the same cause pursuant to the applicable law.

We have no responsibility for delays due to the wrong delivery data registration and communication data from your side. In this case, you are not entitled to raise the issue of cancellation and order delivery will be further arranged between you and the delivery company.

The delivery of products to any country other than Greece may pass through a customs clearance process at the destination country. The cost involved in such occasions are not included in the total order and shipping costs. In addition, some countries outside EU may seize the products based on their legislation that continuously changes in many countries. It is your responsibility to undertake such risk knowing that the products may be seized or additional costs may arise following a customs clearance process.

At this moment, we deliver only to Greece and we are working on start shipping for different countries. Shipping costs are calculated based on the distance your package needs to travel and the number of products.

Delivery for Attiki is free on all orders.
Other cities: 15-20€ or free (up to 6 products)
Crete & islands: 20-25€ or free (up to 6 products)

Pick Up Delivery

If you need your order faster, we also offer same or next-day pick-up option during Teddy’s opening hours (Tuesday – Friday: 18:00-22:00 & Saturday 14:00-22:00).
