The 25 year old Calvados “Réserve de Sémainville” Adrien Camut is an exceptional AOC Pays d’Auge produced in La Lande-Saint-Léger in the department of Eure in Haute-Normandie. It is a blend of 25 to 30 year old Pays d’Auge vintages!

After 25 years in oak barrels, half of the original alcohol has evaporated, which is called “the angels’ share” and gives the calvados a less aggressive side.
