Just1,077 bottles where produced composed of second fill ex Oloroso Sherry Butts and first fill ex Bourbon first fill casks.

Tasting Notes:
Nose: Sweet and impactful with hints of summer fruits and dried coconut. Overtly bright and fresh.
Palate: Sugar and spice and all things nice. Let it take its time; dried fruit develops a satisfying creaminess. Add a dash of water to really make the flavours explode.
Finish: Bright, fresh and moreish. The sherry cask smoothness stays with you as you pour another.
