AROMA: Sweet Sherry aromas with underlying citrus, ginger and oak notes, accompanied by a touch of smoke.
PALATE: Sweet initially with cracked black pepper, Seville orange and raspberry flavours lead to baked apple and subtle spice.
FINISH: Charred oak and soft smoke.
