Mezcal Derrumbes Oaxaca, a true testament to the agave biodiversity of the Central Valleys. Crafted by Maestro Javier Mateo and his family in Santiago Matatlán, this mezcal combines the flavors of Espadín and Tobalá agave. Pit-roasted with black oak, tahona ground, and wild fermentation using pulque, it boasts a round, full body with a subtle smokiness, minerality, and delicate fruitiness.
