1731 Fine & Rare Belize 12 ans is a molasses rum produced by Travellers distillery in Belize. Located between Mexico and Guatemala, this small Central American country overlooking the Caribbean Sea was once a pirate’s paradise.

The rum is made from high-quality local molasses and distilled in a traditional column still. Maturation takes place exclusively in a tropical climate during the 12 years spent in ex-bourbon oak barrels.

Nose: A wonderful aroma of warm caramel combined with strawberry caramel, almond and smoldering oak.

Taste: The flavours warm the tongue and throat accompanied by fondant and red fruits in chocolate sauce.

Finish: The aftertaste is sweet and full of tropical warmth.
