This Champagne has a lovely pale yellow color with white gold highlights. A myriad of fine bubbles play in the light, weaving a broad, persistent crown.

The nose is elegant, airy and refreshing, with a pleasant blend of ripe yellow citrus fruit, Comice pear, Victoria pineapple, vine peach and camellia flowers.

The palate is greedy, with pretty, crisp white fruits. These include white peach, clementine, Chanteclerc apple and white currant. The caressing bubbles and low dosage let the pleasure continue on a long finish of yellow citrus.

Enjoy as an aperitif with shards of old Parmesan, or with scallop tartare, raw fish, Japanese cuisine or warm oysters with sabayon.

Blend: 50% Chardonnay, 50% Pinot Blanc
