This summer, the magnificent Olvos Koufonisia, under the management of SWOT hospitality, starts a unique journey with Teddy's Elixir and Teddy's Speakeasy aiming to offer its guests an Elixirian Cocktail Concept.
The extraordinary hotel complex in Ano Koufonissi, just 90 meters from the beach, becomes the ideal place to host the ultimate Fork & Fable experiences with the signature of Teddy's Elixir family!
A Symphony of Flavors awaits you - Exploring Sushi and Cocktail Pairings
Olvos Koufonisia will host a 5-day Guest shift of Sushi inspired by Arnel Bravo, Head Sushi Chef of Teddy's Elixir. Arnel's unique creations, each a delicate piece, will testify our common love for Japanese cuisine. They will be paired with carefully selected spirits from Teddy's Speakeasy, creating a one-of-a-kind sushi and cocktail experience.
In parallel, critical elements of Teddy’s Elixir & Teddy’s Speakeasy DNA will join you until mid-September, offering distinctive intrigue to your senses and preparing you for next year's full range of experiences through momentary Co-Lab!
