On Monday at 19.00, Pavel Sochor, Bar Director "Alma" Prague, will open Teddy's Elixir's First Guest Shift!
Meet Pavel Sochor and enjoy the cocktail menu he has prepared for all of us!
Pavel Sochor
Pavel has over ten years of experience in the bar industry. After two years at London’s Oblix, he moved to the celebrated Panda & Sons in Edinburgh (#30 in the World’s 50 Best), where he worked his way up from bartender to bar manager. Upon his return to the Czech Republic in 2019, he joined KRO Kitchen, one of Prague’s key hospitality groups.
The group operates popular casual bistro-café concepts (currently with four locations around the city) and Alma Prague, an ambitious culinary and cultural hub in the historical centre that spans over 1000 m² and features a contemporary restaurant with cocktail bar, club, wine bar, café, wine shop, fermentation lab, and extensive event premises. Besides creating avant-garde cocktails in line with Alma's sustainable approach, Pavel is also the group’s bar director, overseeing the cocktail lists across all its venues.
